About ‘I love my IT department’

The aim of this community is to improve the reputation of the corporate IT department. An important part of this community is our website, where cases from highly rewarded IT organisations, alignment breakthroughs, interviews and best practices are shared. Through diner sessions, meetings and publications we share our findings. Earlier, the book I love my IT department, managing IT like a business was published (in Dutch) and has proven to be an eye-opener on improving the position of the IT department within the corporate environment. In October 2010, we published an innovated, international edition: 'I love my IT department, reshaping the IT organisation'. CIOs from across Europe have contributed to this book. CIOs from Ericsson, Zurich Financial Services and KBC shared their insights, making the book a true best practices collector’s item.
